My speed's picking up again. It's subtle, but it's separates typing this sentence at midnight and 1 AM. That's less angst, less zombie mornings, and more words.
There's a cold war between two of the coffee dealers I type in. At the very least, a gossip exchange. Their crowds are 94% identical and 6% similar, which is history's formula for eternal holy war. I'm reminded of high school, a dimension I'll evidently never escape. High school travels with me, like the Hunter's Mark, drawing pettiness wherever I may tread.
